Clue In, Donut

Okay, so I went to the mall today and I decided to show everyone what I got. Unfortunately, the pics are all from the internet because my camera broke and I haven't had time to fix it. Top left: I stumbled across these RocketDog slip ons and thought they were cute. Very summery if you ask me. It didn't hurt that they were only $20.

Bottom left: I'm pretty sure this is the top I got. It is from urban Outfitters and is a nice bright reddish. It's perfect for throwing over a bathing suit, at least that's what I'm gonna use it for. Or dress it up.

Middle: Also from Urban Outfitters, it's a glitter bangle. I love the shape because it isn't perfet and the color with the glitter in it is so festive and fun. 4th of July, anyone?

Top Right: I got 4 AE Favorite Pocket t's from American Eagle. The thing I love most about AE is that they make the softest, most comfortable plain t's ever. I have so many of them in so many colors. The bonus today? They were on sale for $6.95 each! Hell yes! How can you beat that?

Bottom Right: Once again from Urban Outfitters. I've been in the market for a purse for a couple of months now and I finally broke down and bought one. This quilted bag is tall and sort of narrow, but it has lots of pockets and I just like it. That is pretty much my basis for buying anything.

So that's what I got, well almost all I got. I got some hot pink duct tape too. Who knew they made hot pink duct tape?

You'd Think If Hell Froze Over, Maybe It'd Be On The News

What do you get when you cross an extremely bored necklace addict and a site with a bunch of 'out there' necklaces? Me spending 20 minutes searching the site for anything I would buy. Let's just say that if I had a credit card with me, I would now officially be in debt! Girlprops.com is amazing for wacky jewelry. They also have not so wacky jewelry so it is a great site to check out. SO these are my top four favorites right now on the site. I really want the crayons one and the toothpaste tube one. I am tired of writing and I have nothing to say so look at the pictures and then bowse. :) Oh! All of thes necklaces are $ 9.99 or $5.99.

But If You're Like Me, You Just Keep Chasing The Storm

Kristen Bell, Kristen Bell,Kristen Bell. Why are you so hit or miss in your fashion choices. Now, in the past you have made more than your share of mistakes( I am willing to forget all about them under one condition). You need to wear things like these two dresses. Finally, you have started to look like the amazing star you are. But did you have to wait til your show was over? Anyway I love you, as was said on your tv show you are as "cute as a button", and now (finally) I can add stylish to the list! Yay!. I am not a huge fan of this ( mainly because of the shoes) but I will cut you some slack. It is definitely better than some outfits you have worn. You look cute. Just one word of advice: lose those shoes. they are absolutely hideous!

Hallelujah! This dress is fantastic. You hit a home run every way imaginable. The blue color is good, the dress itself is good, and I don't hate the shoes. Yay! You look so fresh and cute in this one, definitely the best dressed! I really do love you in this dress. Pleas keep it up!

If You're Not Going To Shoo It Out With The Newspaper, I'm Stepping On It

I was looking in a magazine yesterday( I don't remember which one because I saw it at the doctor's office.) Anyway, there was a voluminous thank top under a cardigan with a fluffy-ish skirt, wedges, a belt over it, and a clutch. The clothes they chose were so completely ugly so I decided to re-do it. With better clothes of course. So here it is. The cardigan is form J. Crew and is $59.50. The blue eyelet tank is $38, the knit skirt is $24.99, sueded snake belt is $14.99, the espadrilles are $38, and the framed clutch is $34. Granted it's an expensive-ish outfit, but isn't it cute? I really love the clutch, especially the electric blue color of it. And I'm a big fan of cardigans, something about them is amazing. ( How many times do I use that word?) SO there it is.

And I Ignored It And Moved On. Keep Up.

I was tagged... so here are the random facts! But first, the rules:

RULES:Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to then report this on their own blog with their 7 things as well as these rules. They then need to tag 7 others and list their names on their blog. They are also asked to leave a comment for each of the tagged, letting them know they have been tagged and to read the blog.

Here we go:

1. I love the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I get fuzzy, warm feelings everytime I clean something with one. I don't really like to clean, but when I use the Magic Eraser I am happy. I literally went around the house one day and clean everything I could find with one.

2. I love Buffy The Vampire Slayer. At first I scoffed, but now I have come to love it. I have seen every episode in less than 2 weeks, that's dedicated. Now I ahve a second favorite show( nothing can beat Veronica Mars). Personally, now that it's over, I have an idea as to what would be the best spin off ever! Ready? The Clem, Giles, and Angel Show! With a guest starring role by Miss Kitty Fantastico. Perfect!

3. I secretly watch Hannah Montana. Shh! Tell no one.

4. I started to try and make icons/ avatars on the computer. No one knows that, but now you do! I just wish I could have Photoshop.

5. Soccer is by far the best sport to play ever. I have played it for so long, it's a part of me. I guess that's what 9/10 years will do to a girl.

6. I have an iPod Nano and it is completely full. The surprising thing is that when i got it, I thought I would never fill it up. I didn't evenknow I knew of that many songs. Every song, save a couple, were bought from iTunes... That's a lot of money. Can't wait for Christmas.

7. I'm obsessed with anything shiny or that sparkles. Even a brand new doorknob makes me happy and excited.

Well, that's it! I haven't decided who to tag, so I'll post the names when I do.

See This Face? It's My Over The Moon Face

For some unexplicable, yet wonderful reason, I am completely drwan to allover bold, graphic print dresses. There is something so mystic-y and powerful about them. So anyway, here are 3 of my favorites that I found today. This Velvet Torch Mod Border Print dress was my favorite until I found the one below. This dress is so young and fun, it just screams summer. The colors are beautiful, and I love the black border because it breaks the monotony of the print up. $48. So inexpensive!
Low and behold, my favorite! This dress reminds me of seventies wallpaper or something, it just draws me in and holds me hostage. The sleeves are ruffled, so it gives the bold print a little feminine edge, which really pulls it together. Now, this T-Bags print ruffle dress has a deep v- neck, be careful when wearing anything with a deep V. You can not fathom how much it bugs me when I see women with humongous plunging v- necks and they don't care. Make sure everything is where it is supposed to be and ask someone how you look for pete's sake! Back to the dress, it's $216.

Now, I was going to have another dress, one where the print is so gorgeous, but Anthropologie.com has decided that they are going to go all flash or whatever. Now I cannot copy any pictures from their website( which really pisses me off). I love Anthropologie and I always save pictures of the thigns I want or just ove. I have given them hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, just in the short time I have known they were alive ( which has been less than a year I might add). So just go here and see the dress. It's $ 118. Grr... I am still so mad. And sad... I'm SMAD! ( Gilmore Girls quote!- just saw it)
One thing about the Anthropologie dress, it has a smocked bodice( you know the stuff that's on those horrid tube top things? You know what i'm talking about, right? I hate those things, they smoosh everything and make you boobs so small and weird, just don't wear those, please!). Just bask in the fabulousness of the print on this dress.

The Hero Is The One That Stays And The Villan Is The One That Splits

I am seriously loving The Kooks right now. It all started a week or two ago when iTunes had Ooh La for free. Best. Day. Ever. At first I wan't sure I'd like it, but then I listened to it and WHAM! yes, wham. I can't stop listening to these guys. My favorite tracks are Ooh la, Naive, and She Moves In Her Own Way. Actually, those are the only tracks I bought, but they're still my favorite! I usually get bored with music for a while after about 2 weeks, so far it hasn't happened yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, because I love them ( have I mentioned that yet?). So what I'm saying is go buy The Kooks. I don't care if you buy one song, or the whole CD, just as long as you listened to them. They are very good and I'm sure that if you gave them a chance, you'll fall in love too.

Flat? Just As God Made Me

They have put up the 'Next Big Thing' winners on Fred Flare. Finally, Yay! I love Fred Flare and I get so excited when they get new things. Here are my favorite things from the contest. ( Which I was going to enter, but got sidetracked. Damn short attention span!) These candy wall decals are so fun! These sweet treats for your walls are completely removable(not re-useable) and come with 12 per sheet. What is not to love about these? Definately get them for $20 a sheet.
A fairy tale wrist clutch? Hell yes! This clutch is the coolest thing you could possibly find to carry around your essentials. I would even offer to do grocery shopping if it would mean I could show this off.The clutch comes in four fairy tales: Red Riding Hood( pictured), Jack and the Beanstalk, Wizard of Oz, and The Gingerbread Man. $26.
Octopuses? Octopi? Whatever! These creatures are definately not cute in real life, but these pins show that they can be. These palyful pins show each little octopi( think that's right) differently. I'm a sucker for any sort of pin that is cute or any pin for that matter. $6 for all five!! How can you beat that? You can't.

Are you always this persnickety? Sometimes I'm even persnicketier.

I absolutely love bags and everything that looks like a bag. At one time I had so many bags that my mother went on a rampage and made me give away most of them. Now I think I am over compensating because I have about as much as I did then. Time to hide them I guess. These are all from Urban Outfitters. This is so awesome. This Art Series canvas tote is bright, fun, and can hold just about everything. I believe the print is from Mark Allen Miller. $38.
I have been trying to get this burlap doctor bag for a few months now. I would buy it in a heartbeat, unfortunately I do that a lot. I am now officially broke. It is very big, but so cute and you could put just about anything in it and carry it where ever. You want the Aqua/brown colre scheme, because it looks better than the cream/brown, trust me. $58.
This printed cord tote in teal w/ hot pink is too cool. Yes I said 'too cool', what of it? Didn't think so. It's on sale right now and it would be so perfect for the beach or anytime during the summer. $ 24.99.

Veronica Mars, She's A Marshmallow

Veronica Mars. How do I love thee? Too many ways to count! Okay, why don't more people watch this show? It is an amazing show and anyone no matter their age can get into it. I'm telling you, it is the best show ever. When it first came out on UPN, I scoffed at it and wouldn't watch it at all. I thought it was stupid. Turns out, I was the stupid one! I saw the first episode ofseason 3 and when out and biought the season 1 and 2 DVDs. And I have never, ever regretted it. the show is addictive, smart, hilarious, and everything a great show is. You will love this show, no matter what other shows you like. If you think it is stupid, isn't the kind of show you watch, or even if you've seen one or more episodes, TRY AGAIN! That's all I can say, rent or buy the DVDs and watch all the episodes. Veroncia Mars is better when you watch it in chronological order, because there is a storyline there. if you've only see one episode, of course you are not going to see it genius. So, please! Give this show a chance, you will never regret it. It's on Tuesdays on The CW at 9pm pacific. You know what they say, Veronica Mars, she's a marshmallow.

I'm Gonna Run Him Over With My Karma

Shoes! You have to wear them, but that doesn't mean they have to suck. These skimmers are cute personafied! I love these $60 Nanette Lepore for Keds Script print skimmers. They have romantic script written all over them and they are just too amazing. Way on the other end of the fashion spectrum, we have this cute tee. This Pearls & Chains tee by Public Library, I have no words. It is just a basic white tee with a raw - edged v neck and layered screenprinted pearls and chains. Hence the name. I have always liked these tees, but have never been able to buyone. Now I found one and you can be sure I'm buying it. The tee is $54 at Metroparkusa.com.

Seriously, Don't I Just Blend Right In? Come On. Where's Weevil

Okay here we have this gorgeous dress. Oh my god am I in love! It's so chic and you could wear it to a dinner or even a party if you wanted. Totally justifies the not too expensive $168 you will have to spend.
Then there is the leather gold- finish skimmers from Bettye Muller. They are so cute, would be perfect for this dress. Only $328. Ha! A girl can dream right?
And to finish this feast for oyur eyes off, we have a great bangle. It is a vintage watch suspended in clear casting resin. What is not to love about this bangle? Seriously, you go pretty much go any way with it. It's $298, way too expensive, but you could make your own if you bought resin and an old watch. I want this so bad, i guess I have an excuse to finally buy that resin I've been eyeing.

A Drunk Dingo Had A Three Way WIth An Ocelat And A Porcupine

I love this cardigan sweater from Ben Sherman. I'm not entirely sure why, to tell you the truth. I like the way that you could pretty much work this sweater any way, for most occasions. At least that's what I'm telling mysely to justify spending $89 dollars on it. But in all seriousness, you really could work it so many ways. It's basic, simple, and completely perfect! If, unlike me, you can but this gorgeous sweater then by all means you must! Get it here.
Hidden Palms and Traveler are on tonight! Watch them, they are bothe very different, very good shows. Hidden Palms is on The CW at 8pm pacific and Traveler is on ABC at 10pm pacific. Go watch! And buy that sweater.

I Don't Have Time To Be Responsible For Everything That Goes Wrong In Your LIfe

This is the second part of my summer extravaganza!
This swimsuit is pretty much unattainable, but use it as a guide. That's what all my posts are for, really. I love the diagonal stripes. By Ashley Paige. This one, on the other hand, is completely possible. This number is from American Eagle Outfitters. The top is $24.95 and the bottoms are $19.95. I love the colors and the way it looks in person, so beautiful.
This swimsuit is perfect for summer. The blue is bright and the heart and stripes add a little flair to it. For some odd reason I love side-ties. Go check it out at Pac Sun. It's Billabong and the bikini top is $24.99 as are the bottoms. So cute! This one is my absolute fav out of the bunch. It is by Tommy Hilfiger by way of Delia's and It to die for. I like the anchor and rope on the top. I adds a fun little kick to an otherwise basic suit. Here for $37.50 and $33.50 for the top and bottoms, respectively.

This one by Raisins Swimwear is adorable. It seems like a fun, easy option for your beach-going needs! I'm not sure where to purchase this, but if you go to their website and search for your state you just might be able to find out. :)
